Abstract
The formation of a broad society or community can occur due to social interaction between members or social groups through the exchange of experiences about knowledge, technical skills, social organizations and about their respective regions, and through the existence of common needs in the form of biology, values, and goals taught by culture. Mercedes-Benz W202 Club Indonesia (MBW202CI) was officially established on July 7, 2007, which is a container or organization that gathers fans and owners of Mercedes-Benz W202 type vehicles (C-Class 1993-2000). In this study, we used the concepts of communication, interpersonal communication, communication patterns, community, cohesiveness, problem solving. The research paradigm is the constructivist method of his research is a case study. Based on the results of research it is known that interpersonal communication conducted by community members is done in various ways, one of which is through face-to-face when hanging out together, japri (private network). The cohesiveness of the MBW202CI community community is formed the key is that they appreciate each other from every input, regardless of senior or junior and problem solving that occurs in the MBW202CI community, the members seem very concerned about every problem that is affected by each member in the MBW202CI community. Terbentuknya masyarakat luas atau komunitas dapat terjadi karena adanya interaksi sosial antara anggota atau kelompok sosial melalui pertukaran pengalaman tentang pengetahuan, keterampilan teknikal, organisasi sosial dan mengenai wilayah mereka masing – masing, serta melalui adanya kebutuhan yang sama dalam bentuk biologi, nilai-nilai, dan tujuan yang diajarkan oleh kebudayaan. Salah satunya Mercedes-Benz W202 Club Indonesia (MBW202CI) resmi berdiri pada tanggal 7 Juli 2007, yaitu merupakan sebuah wadah atau organisasi yang menghimpun para penggemar dan pemilik kendaraan MercedesBenz tipe W202 (C-Class 1993-2000). Adapun dalam penelitian ini menggunakan konsep mengenai komunikasi,komunikasi antarpribadi, pola komunikasi, komunitas, kohesivitas, problem solving. Paradigma penelitiannya adalah konstruktivis metode penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan anggota komunitas dilakukan dengan berbagai cara salah satunya melalui tatap muka saat nongkrong bareng, japri (jaringan pribadi). kohesivitas komunitas komunitas MBW202CI terbentuk kuncinya mereka saling menghargai dari setiap masukan yang ada, tidak pandang senior maupun junior dan Problem solving yang terjadi di komunitas MBW202CI, para anggota terlihat sangat peduli dari setiap adanya permasalahan yang tertimpa oleh masing-masing anggota di komunitas MBW202CI.
