Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of company size and asset structure on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the IDX for the period 2015-2018. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling and obtained 29 companies that match the criteria of a total of 49 companies. The method used in the study was panel data regression analysis and it was found that the more appropriate model used was the common effect. From the research results of this study indicate that company size and asset structure have a significant positive effect on capital structure in the property and real estate sub-sector. Keywords: Company Size, Asset Structure, Capital Structure Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan dan struktur aktiva terhadap struktur modal perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar pada BEI periode tahun 2015-2018. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan di dapatkan 29 perusahaan yang sesuai dengan kriteria dari total 49 perusahaan .Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian adalah analisis regresi data panel dan didapatkan bahwa model yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ukuran Perusahaan dan Struktur Aktiva berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal pada sub sektor property dan real estate. Kata Kunci : Ukuran Perusahaan ,Struktur Aktiva , Struktur Modal
