Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, debt policy and firmsize on firm value in consumer goods sector companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange in 2015-2019. The population in this study were 52 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, the sample used was 24companies. The data collection method uses literature and the data analysismethod uses panel data regression analysis. The selected panel data regressionmodel is the fixed effect model. The results of this study indicate that profitabilityhas a positive and significant effect on firm value. Debt policy has a positive andsignificant effect on firm value. Firm size has a negative and significant effect onfirm value. Keywords: Profitability, Debt Policy, Firm Size, Firm Value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, kebijakan utang dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan padaperusahaan sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia padatahun 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 perusahaan. Metodepengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakanadalah sebanyak 24 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakankepustakaan dan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Model regresi data panel yang terpilih adalah fixed effect model. Hasil penelitianini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapnilai perusahaan. Kebijakan utang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapnilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negative dan signfikan terhadapnilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Profitabilitas, Kebijakan Utang, Ukuran Perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan
