Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Talent Management, Self Efficacy, and Motivation on Employee Performance. The population in this study were 286 employees who studied at the University of Mercu Buana (UMB) Jakarta. The sample used was 167 employees / students, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling method uses quantitative causal. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partial Least Square. This study proves that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Talent Management, Self-Efficacy, Motivation, Performance, Employee (Student) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Manajemen Talenta, Efikasi Diri (Self Efficacy), dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 286 karyawan yang kuliah di Universitas Mercu Buana (UMB) Jakarta. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 167 karyawan/mahasiswa, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan kuantitatif kausal. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Efikasi Diri (Self Efficacy) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Talenta, Efikasi Diri, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan, Karyawan/Mahasiswa.
