Abstract

Employees are an important resource for a company, where they can determine the achievements of the organization or company. To achieve and maintain an achievement, companies crave an employee who has good loyalty. Because the higher the employee loyalty, the higher the willingness to advance the organization or company where the employee works. This research is causal research with a quantitative approach that aims to determine how the influence of work motivation, leader-member exchange, and work-life balance on employee loyalty in Red Communication Indonesia. The population in this study were 171 employees of Red Communication Indonesia, where only 120 of them will be sampled in this study. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling, where the respondents filled out a questionnaire that was distributed online. In this study, the analysis used is descriptive analysis and partial least square analysis, where the analysis will be assisted by SPSS Ver.25 and Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that work motivation and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, while the leader-member exchange variable stated that these variables did not have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Keywords: Work Motivation, Leader Member Exchange, Work-life Blaance, and Employee Loyalty Karyawan merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang penting bagi perusahan, dimana mereka dapat menjadi penentu akan pencapaian yang diraih oleh organisasi atau perusahaan. Demi meraih dan mempertahankan sebuah prestasi, perusahaan mendambakan sebuah karyawan yang memiliki loyalitas yang baik. Karena semakin tinggi loyalitas karyawan, semakin tinggi pula kemauan untuk memajukan organisasi atau perusahaan dimana keryawan tersebut bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari motivasi kerja, leader-member exchange dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Red Communication Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 171 orang karyawan Red Communication Indonesia, dimana hanya 120 orang diantaranya yang akan dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling, dimana para responden mengisi kusioner yang disebarkan secara online. Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang akan digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis partial least square, dimana untuk penganalisisannya akan dibantu oleh SPSS Ver.25 dan Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, Sedangkan pada variabel leader member exchange dinyatakan bahwa variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan.
