Abstract
This research aims to find out the influence of organizational culture, work motivation and work stress on employee engagement of Samsat Employees in North Jakarta. Research designs are used using quantitative associations. Sampling technique using saturated samples as many as 52 employees of Samsat North Jakarta. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are that the culture of the organization has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. Keywords: organizational culture, work motivation, work stress, employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement pegawai Samsat Jakarta Utara. Desain penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 52 pegawai Samsat Jakarta Utara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement, stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, stres kerja, employee engagement
