Abstract

This study aims to analyse: the effect of job satisfaction, work stress and organization commitment on turnover intention to the PT. Courts Retail Indonesia. The data used in this studi are primary data and secondary data. This research use a quantitative approach with causal research. The Population numbered 70, which the total population met the criteria as a sample. Reseacrh data relating to job satisfaction, work stress and organization commitment use instruments in the form of questionnaires. The analytical method used is Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that: (1) job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention; (2) work stress had a positife and significant effecrt on turnover intention; (3) organization commitment had a negative and signifiact effect on turnover intention. Keywors: Job Satisfaction, Work Stress, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi: pengaruh kepuasan kerja, stress kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada PT. Courts Retail Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakana pendekatan kuantiatif dengan riset kausal. Populasi berjumlah 70 karyawan, yang mana total populasi memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Dara penelitian yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja, stress kerja dan komitmen organsasi menggunakan instrument berupa kuisioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention; (2) stress kerja bepengaruh positif terhadap turnover intention; (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention.
