Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of working discipline, employee commitment and workload employee performance in PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi. The object for this research is employee at PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi. This research was done to 60 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously variable working discipline, employee commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job workload has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance on PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi. It has been proven from the result of (f) simoultant test and the result of (t) patial shows significant pont of three independent variables that supports hipothesy. Keywords: working discipline, employee commitment, and workload employee performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, komitmen karyawan dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel disiplin kerja, komitmen karyawan secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negatif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Solata Mitra Usaha Jambi . Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikan dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis.
