Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Sales Growth, profitability and leverage on firm value in construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research is a quantitative study using secondary data sources obtained from downloading the financial statements of the construction and building sub-sector companies in 2016-2019 at www.idx.co.id. The population in this study is the construction and building sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used in this study were 68 samples. The sampling technique in this study, namely purposive sampling. Test equipment used in this study was SPSS version 25, and the data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained are Sales Growth and profitability have an effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value. Keywords: Sales Growth, profitability, leverage and firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sales Growth, profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari mengunduh laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan tahun 2016-2019 di www.idx.co.id. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi dan bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 68 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu purposive sampling. Alat uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SPSS versi 25, dan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah Sales Growth dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kata kunci : Sales Growth, profitabilitas, leverage dan nilai perusahaan
