Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of compensation, motivation, and job stress on job satisfaction at the Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti, and Colleagues Public Appraisal Service Office. The object of this research is the employees of the NDR Public Appraisal Service Office. This research was conducted on 50 employees. The sample used was the total population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using Partical Least Square. This research proves that. Compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, motivaton has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job stress has a significant positive effect on job ssatisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP) Nirboyo Adiputro, Dewi Apriyanti, dan Rekan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kantor Jasa Penilai Publik (KJPP NDR). Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah semua total populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partical Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan stress kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Stress Kerja, dan Kepuasan Kerja
