Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention. The population in this study were 86 employees of the Puskesmas Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The sample used is 66 employees, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. This research uses Structural Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention to employees of the Puskesmas Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 86 karyawan Puskesmas Kecamatan Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 66 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu probability sampling sampling dengan Teknik simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis data Structural Least Square (PLS). Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dan Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention terhadap karyawan Puskesmas Kecamatan Sawah Besar Jakarta Pusat. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasional, Turnover Intention.
