Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Workload on Turnover Intention, Work Motivation on Turnover Intention and Work Stress on Turnover Intention at PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Adicipta Boga Intitprima. The population in this study were 150 employees of PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. The sample in this study amounted to 109 people, calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data analysis method used was the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study proves that workload has a positive effect with a value of 0.224 and is significant on turnover intention with a statistical t value of 1.968. Work motivation has a negative effect with a value of -0.137 and is significant on turnover intention with a statistical t value of 2.098. Job stress has a positive effect with a value of 0.603 and is significant on turnover intention with a statistical t value of 4.663. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention dan Stres Kerja terhadap Turnover Intention di PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Adicipta Boga Intitprima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 karyawan PT. Adicipta Boga Intiprima. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 109 orang, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3, dengan intrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,224 dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t statistik 1,968. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dengan nilai -0,137 dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t statistik 2,098. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,603 dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t statistik 4,663.
