Abstract

This study was to analyze the effect of , organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational justice support for turnover intention of PT. XYZ The object of this research is the employee who works at PT. XYZ. This research was conducted on 80 respondents from a population of 80 people, using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. this research proves that organizational commitment has a Negative and significant effect on Turnover intention (3.329). job satisfaction has a negative effect and significant to the turnover intention (2.836). and organizational justice has a negative effect on turnover intention (2.711). Keywords: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational justice, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja dan keadilan organisasi terhadap turnover intention PT. XYZ. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 Responden dari Populasi 80 orang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structual Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar (3.329). Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai T-statistik sebesar (2.836). Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai T-Statistik sebesar (2.711). Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Keadilan Organisasi , Turnover Intention
