Abstract

This study is to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment and motivation on employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Jakarta Kebon Sirih Branch Office. The object of this research is the employees who work at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the Jakarta Kebon Sirih Branch Office. This research was conducted on 43 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination Determination of the sample size using a saturated sample technique, namely taking the entire population. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Employee Performance, Compensation, Work Environment, Work Motivation Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, linglungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kebon Sirih. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Jakarta Kebon Sirih. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 43 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja Karyawan, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja
