Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, and organizational culture on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Shinta Pertiwi. The object of this research are all employees who work at PT. Shinta Pertiwi. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size a saturation sampling that is taking the entire population. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. The result of this study show that the variables of compensation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work discipline has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction of PT. Shinta Pertiwi. Keywords : Compensation, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Shinta Pertiwi. Objek penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Shinta Pertiwi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh, yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT. Shinta Pertiwi. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja
