Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and career development on organizational commitment at PT. Pos Indonesia West Jakarta Daan Mogot Branch Office. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia, located on Jl. Daan Mogot No. 22, Wijaya Kusuma, Grogol District, Petamburan, City of West Jakarta. The population in this study was 513 employees. The sample used in this study were 84 respondents calculated based on the Slovin formula. The data collection method uses survey methods and primary data. Methods of analyzing the characteristics of respondents using Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) and data analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that work discipline has no effect on organizational commitment, then work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, then career development has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Career Development, Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalsis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Pos Indonesia Kantor Cabang Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Pos Indonesia yang berlokasi di Jl. Daan Mogot No 22, Wijaya Kusuma, Kecamatan Grogol, Petamburan, Kota Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 513 karyawan. Sampel yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 84 orang responden dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey dan data primer. Metode analisis karakteristik responden menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science ( SPSS) dan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square ( PLS ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, kemudian motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kemudian pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
