Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment on Organizational Performance and Good Corporate Governance. This research was conducted using a descriptive method at the Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Makassar City, South Sulawesi, the method used in this study was a quantitative method. The object of this research is the caregiver at the Social Welfare Institution (LKS) in Makassar City, South Sulawesi with a population of 41 heads of institutions. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with a sample size of 41 heads of institutions which are the entire population. Analysis of the data used in this study is the Structural Equations Model (SEM) analysis tool using the Smart-PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that Organizational Learning had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance. Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant effect on Organizational Performance. Organizational Learning has a positive and significant effect on Good Corporate Governance. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Good Corporate Governance. Good Corporate Governance has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Performance Keywords : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Performance, Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment terhadap Organizational Performance dan Good Corporate Governance. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif di Lembaga Kesejaterahan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kota Makassar Sulawesi Selatan, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah motode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah pengasuh di Lembaga Kesejaterahan Sosial (LKS) di Kota Makassar Sulawesi Selatan dengan populasi sebanyak 41 kepala lembaga.Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan ukuran sampel 41 kepala lembaga yang merupakan seluruh jumlah populasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisi Structural Equations Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Smart-PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance. Organizational Commitment berpengaruh negative dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance. Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance. Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance. Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance Kata Kunci : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Performance, Good Corporate Governance.
