Abstract

This study aims to test the influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Career Development on Employee Performance. The population in this study was employees of PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk in Tangerang. The reason researchers chose PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk because this company is the largest company and is a public company and researchers choose the object of PT Polychem Indonesia in Tangerang which is one of the branches of the company. This research was conducted on 70 respondents using quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Model with SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Based on the statistical t-test, it can be concluded that: 1) Work Motivation affects Employee Performance, 2) Work Discipline affects Employee Performance, 3) Career Development affects Employee Performance. The results of this study showed that Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Career Development have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk in Tangerang. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Career Development, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk di Tangerang. PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk adalah perusahaan besar dan merupakan sebuah perusahaan terbuka di bidang Polyester dan Kimia. PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang sudah go publik yang menjadi alasan peneliti memilih objek PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk di Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 3.0. Berdasarkan Uji t statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 3) Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pengembangan Karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Polychem Indonesia Tbk di Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Motivasi kerja, Disiplin kerja, Pengembangan karier, Kinerja karyawan
