Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of work environment, motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Voltaindo Perkasa. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Voltaindo Perkasa, this research was conducted with 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The analytical method used to test the hypothesis using multiple linear analysis, using SPSS analysis tool version 23. The results of this study show that partially test, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline. positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Environment, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Voltaindo Perkasa. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Voltaindo Perkasa, Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan analisis linier berganda, dengan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS versi 23. Hasil Penelitian ini menunujukan bahwa uji secara parsial, lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan
