Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of work discipline, emotional intelligence, and organizational commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at PT Sumber Kita Indah. The number of samples in this study were 75 respondents with a quantitative approach to determine the effect between variables, where the hypothesis testing used descriptive statistical analysis and t test. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the Smart PLS 3.0 statistical software. Based on the research, it can be concluded that: 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results show that Work Discipline, Emotional Intelligence, and Organizational Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT Sumber Kita Indah Cikarang. Keywords: Work Discipline, Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Sumber Kita Indah. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden dengan pendekatan secara kuantitatif guna mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel, dimana pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan uji t. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik Smart PLS 3.0. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior di PT Sumber Kita Indah Cikarang. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
