Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance and organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta. This research was conducted on 60 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. Based on the statistical t test conducted it can be concluded that: 1) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance 2) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Employees 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the analysis show that job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Komitmen Organisasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan uji t statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan 3) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta.
