Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of family environment, entrepreneurship education, self-efficacy on student entrepreneurial motivation among students at Mercu Buana University. Respondents in this study were students of the Management Study Program at Mercu Buana University. This research was conducted on 92 respondents, calculated based on the Slovin formula using a quantitative approach. The data analysis used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. Based on the results of the statistical t test conducted, it can be concluded that: 1) Family environment has a positive effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation, this is evidenced by statistical T> T table (2,155> 1,96). 2) Entrepreneurship Education has a positive effect on Student Entrepreneurial Motivation, this is evidenced by the statistical T> T table (2,195> 1,96). 3) Self-Efficacy has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Motivation, this is evidenced by the statistical T> T table (3,355> 1,96). The results of the analysis show that the Family Environment, Entrepreneurship Education, and Self-Efficacy have a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Motivation of the Management Study Program Students of Mercu Buana University. Keywords: Family Environment, Entrepreneurship Education, Self Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Motivation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa pada mahasiswa Universitas Mercu Buana. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Manajemen regular 1 angkatan 2017 Universitas Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 92 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah tehnik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3.0 Berdasarkan hasil uji t statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa:1) Lingkungan Keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, ini dibuktikan dengan T statistik > T tabel (2,155 > 1,96). 2) Pendidikan Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha Mahasiswa, ini dibuktikan dengan T statistik > T tabel (2,195 > 1,96). 3) Efikasi Diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha, ini dibuktikan dengan T statistik > T tabel (3,355 > 1,96). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan kewirausahaan, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha mahasiswa program studi Manajemen regular 1 angkatan 2017 Universitas Mercu Buana.
