Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work targets, work discipline, and incentives on employee performance. Where the research was carried out at PT. Adira Multifinance Pasar Baru Branch which has 73 employees. The sample was determined based on the results of the questionnaire that entered as many as 62 respondents. Statistical analysis techniques The data analysis method in this study uses component or variance based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) where the data processing uses the SmartPartial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The results of hypothesis testing show that (1) work targets have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2 work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Job Targets, Work Discipline, Incentives and Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Target Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Pemberian Insentif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di PT. Adira Multifinance Cabang Pasar Baru yang memiliki pegawai sebanyak 73 orang. Sampel ditetapkan berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang masuk sebanyak 62 responden. Teknik analisis statistik Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan component atau variance based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Smart- Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) Target Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawaan;(2 Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3)Pemberian insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
