Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational justice, and work motivation on work discipline. The population in this study were 93 employees of PT. ISS Indonesia who served at Mercu Buana University. The sampling method used is saturated sample by taking all employees of PT. ISS Indonesia who served at Mercu Buana University. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. This study proves that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, organizational justice has a negatif and significant effect on work discipline, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice,Work Motivation, Work Discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, keadilan organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 93 karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia yang bertugas di Universitas Mercu Buana. Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia yang bertugas di Universitas Mercu Buana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kata kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Keadilan Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja.
