Abstract

Transit Oriented Development (TOD) Area according to the Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning / Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 Year 2017 is an area centered on intermodal integration, which is in a radius of 400 (four hundred) meters up to 800 (eight hundred) meters from the place designated for intermodal transportation of mass public transport which has the function of using mixed and dense with moderate to high space utilization intensity. One area that will become the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area is Cibubur. Later, there will be a Cibubur LRT station nearby, where there is a mixed use area in which there are facilities in the form of hotels, MICE, and also supporting transit facilities. In order to maximize the TOD region, which is environmentally friendly, it requires a study of environmentally friendly architecture, or it can be called green architecture. With the concept of green architecture is expected to further make users of this area more comfortable, especially pedestrians and users of public transportation. Kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) menurut Peraturan Menteri Agraria Dan Tata Ruang/ Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2017 adalah kawasan terpusat pada integrasi intermoda dan antarmoda yang berada pada radius 400 (empat ratus) meter sampai dengan 800 (delapan ratus) meter dari tempat yang diperuntukkan bagi pergantian antarmoda transportasi angkutan umum massal yang memiliki fungsi pemanfaatan ruang campuran dan padat dengan intensitas pemanfaatan ruang sedang hingga tinggi. Salah satu kawasan yang akan menjadi kawasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD) ialah cibubur. Nantinya akan terdapat stasiun LRT Cibubur yang didekatnya terdapat kawasan campuran atau mix used yang didalamnya terdapat fasilitas berupa hotel,MICE, dan juga fasilitas penunjang transit. Demi memaksimalkan kawasan TOD yang ramah akan lingkungan membutuhkan kajian tentang arsitektur yang ramah lingkungan, atau dapat disebut dengan green architecture. Dengan konsep green architecture ini diharapkan akan semakin membuat pengguna kawasan ini menjadi lebih nyaman terutama para pejalan kaki dan pengguna transportasi umum.
