Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline, Work Environment andMotivation to Employee Performance in Dinas Kependudukan dan PencatatanSipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat Respondents in this study were employees of DinasKependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. This research wasconducted on 68 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysismethod used is the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) techniquethrough the SPSS 23 statistical software, This type of research is Causal. Theresults of this study prove that the sample population is saturated. WorkDiscipline, Work Environment, and Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Motivation, EmployeePerformance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, LingkunganKerja dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan danPencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, Responden pada penelitian ini adalahpegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 68 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) melalui software statistic SPSS 21, Jenispenelitian ini adalah Kausal. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi sampel jenuh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Dinas Kependudukan dan PencatatanSipil Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Pegawai
