Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Perum Perhutani. Respondents in this study were employees of Perum Perhutani. This research was conducted on 44 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that the saturated sample population Work Motivation has a no effect on employee performance, Work Discipline has effect on employee performance, Work Enviroment has a no effect on employee performance at Perum Perhutani. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perum Perhutani. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perum Perhutani. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 44 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi sampel jenuh Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, di Perum Perhutani Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
