Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Perum Perhutani. Respondents in this study were employees of Perum Perhutani. This research was conducted on 44 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results of this study prove that the sample population is saturated. Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance, Work Discipline has a positive effect on Employee Performance, and Organizational Commitment has no effect on Employee Performance at Perum Perhutani. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Perum Perhutani. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan Perum Perhutani. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 44 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah structural equation modeling (SEMPLS). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa populasi sampel jenuh Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan,dan Komitmen Organizasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Perum Perhutani.
