Abstract
His study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and organizational culture on job satisfaction and its impact on work productivity. The object of this research is the employees of the Sales Department of PT. ACE Hardware Citra 6. This research was conducted on respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The sample used is a saturated sample, so the sample used is 45 employees. The method of data collection used a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: Work Discipline, Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and Work Productivity Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan dampaknya terhadap produktivitas kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Departemen Sales PT. ACE Hardware Citra 6. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan sampel jenuh maka Sempel yang digunakan sebanyak 45 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Kata Kunci: Disiplin kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja
