Abstract

Company competition has an impact on a company to improve employee performance and better human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, career development, and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at the logistics company (Freight) PT. Daya Eka Samudera. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Daya Eka Samudera. The approach used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with data collection methods using questionnaires. The population data from this study were 98 individuals. The sample used in this study were 79 respondents using the Random Sampling technique. Data processing is done by using Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) version 3.0 analysis. The results of this study indicate that by t-test (Boostrapping) work discipline ) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, career development ) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation ) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance. Persaingan perusahaan memberikan dampak bagi suatu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan sumber daya manusia yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan logistik (Freight) yaitu PT. Daya Eka Samudera. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Daya Eka Samudera. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif kausal dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi data dari penelitian ini sebanyak 98 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 79 responden dengan menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) versi 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji-t (Boostrapping) disiplin kerja ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengembangan karir ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja ) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
