Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, competence and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Kencana Gemilang. The sampling method used is saturated sample by taking all employess who work in the respondents in this study were 79 respondents. The data collection method used survey method whit the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data processing method using Partial Least Square. This study porves that work discipline has positive and significant effect on performance, organizational competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance and organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance Keywords : employee performance, discipline, competence, organizational culture. PT Kencana Gemilang Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh displin kerja, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Kencana Gemilang . Metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 79 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan, kompetensi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja karyawan Kata kunci : Kinerja karyawan, Disiplin kerja, Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi.
