Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pri Sahabat Jaya Packindo. The population in this study were 45 permanent employees. This research was conducted on 45 samples using a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. The results of this study indicate that: Organizational Commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Work Environment variable has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. positive and significant impact on employee performance. This is evidenced by the results of validity, reliability and hypothesis testing results showing organizational commitment, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Work Environment, Work Motivation and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Pri Sahabat Jaya Packindo. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 45 karyawan tetap. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 45 sampel dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang di gunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui sofwere statistic SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa : variabel Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji validitas, reliabilitas dan hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan komitmen organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan.
