Abstract
This study aims to determine 1) work motivation on employee performance, 2) job satisfaction with employee performance, and 3) organizational communication on employee performance. The research location of PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta, amounting to 60 respondents using a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Patial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software. Based on the statistical t test conducted it can be concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. employee performance and 3) organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis show that work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri in Jakarta. Keywords: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Communication, Employee Performance Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui 1) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 3) komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lokasi penelitian PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta yang berjumlah 60 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Patial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3. Berdasarkan uji t statistik yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikn terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan 3) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perdana Teknik Mandiri di Jakarta.
