Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of job satisfaction, work motivation, and work environment on millennial employee loyalty at Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang employees. This study uses a population of 52 employees of Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang. This study uses the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. This research usesdata analysis technique Structural Equation Model (SEM) and data processing using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on millennial generation employee loyalty, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on millennial employee loyalty, and the work environment has a positive and significant impact on millennial employee loyalty at Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang employees. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial pada karyawan Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi sebanyak 52 karyawan Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM) dan pengolahan data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan generasi milenial pada karyawan Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci Tangerang. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Loyalitas Karyawan Generasi Milenial.
