Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of teamwork and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational culture as an intervening variable at PT. Automated Indosystem Solutions. The population in this study were 77 employees of PT. Automatic Indosystem Solutions with samples obtained by a number of 77 respondents. Methods of data collection using survey methods, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The approach used in this research is structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) analysis tools. This study proves that the variable teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational culture. Work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on organizational culture. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Keywords: Teamwork, work motivation, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Solusi Indosistem Otomat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 karyawan PT. Solusi Indosistem Otomat dengan sampel yang diperoleh sejumlah 77 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah structural equation model (SEM) dengan alat analisis partial least square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).
