Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of siklus konversi kas, quick ratio and debt to equity ratio on the return on assets of cosmetics and household sub-sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The population used in this study is the cosmetics and household sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019, with the characteristics of the population used are companies in the cosmetics and household sub-sector listed on the IDX in 2015- 2019 and have normal data, so the population of this study amounted to 6 companies. The sample in this study found 6 cosmetics and household companies with saturated sampling technique. The data of this research are secondary data. The data analysis technique is purposive sampling by panel data regression with the selected model fixed effect model. The results of this study indicate that: Siklus Konversi Kas has no effect on the Return On Asse(ROA); Quick Ratio (QR) has no effect on the Return On Asse(ROA); Debt To Equity Ratio has a negative and significant impact on the Return On Asse(ROA) in cosmetics and household subsector companies. Keywords: cash conversion cycle, quick to ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Siklus Konversi Kas, Quick Ratio Dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Return On Assets Perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga yang tercatat di BEI periode 2015-2019. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sub sektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga yang tercatat di BEI periode 2015-2019, dengan karakteristik populasi yang digunakan adalah perusahaan pada sub sektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga yang tercatat di BEI periode 2015- 2019 dan memiliki data normal, sehingga populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 6 perusahaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditemukan 6 perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga yang tercatat di BEI periode 2015- 2019 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini berupa data sekunder. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi data panel dengan model yang terpilih model fixed effect. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: Siklus Konversi Kas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA); Quick Ratio (QR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Asset (ROA); Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) berpengrauh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada perusahaan sub sektor kosmetik dan barang keperluan rumah tangga.
