Abstract
This study is to find out the effect of compensation, work environment and workload on the job satisfaction of PT employees. Securindo PackatamaIndonesia. The respondents taken in this study were employees of PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia with jakarta area work location. Respondents taken in this study as many as 100 employees. And the sample used saturated samples that are the total of all respondents. Statistical analysis using Pertial Least Square (Smart PLS) version 3.0 PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of the research shows that it has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workloadhas a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Workload and Job Satisfaction. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia. Responden yang di ambil dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Securindo Packatama Indonesia dengan lokasi kerja area Jakarta. Responden yangdiambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 karyawan. Dan sampel yang di gunakan sampel jenuh yang merupakan total seluruh dari responden. Analisis statistik menggunakan Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. PLS(Pertial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Beban kerjabepengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja
