Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job performance appraisal, organizational culture and training on employee performance at PT. Auto Indosystem Solutions. The population in this study were 77 employees of PT. Otomat Indosystem Solutions. Using saturated samples as a sampling technique, 77 respondents were obtained. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The data collection technique was done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the variable performance appraisal on employee performance has a positive and insignificant effect, organizational culture on employee performance has a negative and insignificant effect, while training on employee performance has a positive and significant effect on PT. Auto Indosystem Solutions. Keywords : Job Performance Assessment, Organizational Culture, Training, and Employee Performance Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penilaian prestasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada perusahaan PT. Solusi Indosistem Otomat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 karyawan PT. Solusi Indosistem Otomat. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebagai teknik penentuan sampel, sehingga diperoleh 77 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel penilaian prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada PT. Solusi Indosistem Otomat. Kata Kunci : Penilaian Prestasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Pelatihan, dan Kinerja Pegawai.
