Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job training, work motivation, and job performance on employee performance at the office walikota Jakarta Barat. Respondents in this study were employees of the Mayor's Office. The population in this study were 173 employees of the office walikota Jakarta barat. The sample in this study amounted to 120 employees. The analytical method used in this studyis the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Based on the results of the data processing, this study has proven that Job Training has a positive effectwith a value of 0.355 and is significant on employee performance with a t-statisticvalue of 3.126. Work motivation has a positive effect with a value of 0.232 and significantly on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 2.764. Work Performance has a positive effect with a value of 0.370 and significantly on employee performance with a tstatistic value of 3.363. Keyword: Job training, work motivation, job performance and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Prestasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu pegawai Kantor Walikota. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 173 pegawai kantor walikota Jakarta barat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 orang, dihitung berdasarkan rumus slovin. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3, dengan instrument penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil olah data tersebut Penelitian ini telah membuktikan bahwa Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai sebesar 0,355 dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,126. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai sebesar 0,232 dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 2,764. Prestasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai sebesar 0,370 dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai t-statistik sebesar 3,363.
