Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, work environment on employee performance and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Aerofood ACS Indonesia. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Aerofood ACS. The population in this study were 200 employees of PT. Aerofood ACS Indonesia. The sample in this study was 120 people, calculated using the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is the PLS (Partial Least Square) technique through the SmartPLS 3 statistical software, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. This study proves that work motivation has a positive effect with a value of 0.357 and is significant on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 3.508. The work environment has a positive effect with a value of 0.268 and is significant on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 2.461. Leadership style has a positive effect with a value of 0.311 and is significant on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 3.033. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Gaya Kepemimpina terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Aerofood ACS Indonesia. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Aerofood ACS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan PT. Aerofood ACS Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 120 orang, dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software statistik SmartPLS 3, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,357 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 3,508. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,268 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 2,461. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dengan nilai 0,311 dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t statistik 3,033.
