Abstract
This study is to analyze the effect of career development, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Indoprima Sunshine. This research was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using the saturated sample method, the sample is saturated, namely all members of the population are sampled so that the sample used is 50 employees. Methods of data collection using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tool. This study proves that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Career Development, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Sinar Mentari Indoprima. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel sehingga sampel yang digunakan 50 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Karir, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
