Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Organizational Performance and Good Corporate Governance. This research was conducted using quantitative methods in the Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) Makassar City - South Sulawesi with a sample of 41 respondents. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results showed that Organizational Learning has a significant positive effect on Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Commitment has a significant positive effect on Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Learning has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance, Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on Good Corporate Governance. Organizational Performance is significant, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant negative effect on Organizational Performance, Good Corporate Governance has a significant positive effect on Organizational Performance. Keyword : Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Organizational Performance, Good Corporate Governance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Organizational Learning, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap Organizational Performance dan Good Corporate Governance . Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Kota Makassar – Sulawesi Selatan dengan sampel 41 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Good Corporate Governance, Organizational Learning berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, Organizational Commitment berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Organizational Performance, Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap terhadap Organizational Performance.
