Abstract
This thesis describes the Implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) SDIT Al-Fajri Cikarang Timur. This type of research is descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach that uses detail as well as observation. The results of the analysis found that the HR implementation of SDIT Al-Fajri Cikarang Timur was a) The description of HR at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah can be seen in the managerial aspects of the principal and teachers. In the managerial aspect, the principal has practiced management aspects which include planning (planning), organizing (organizing), actuating (directing), and controlling (supervision) which are passed down to the school principal's monthly and daily work programs. In the aspect of teachers or education personnel both in quantity and quality, especially education and qualifications. Of the 14 teachers there are 9 teachers who already have a bachelor's degree, 1 teacher graduated from an intermediate expert, and 4 teachers graduated from SMA (General High School) and are still continuing their education, namely undergraduate studies. In addition, there are 2 teachers who have passed teacher professional certification or are certified. b) The implementation of human resource management at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah includes Man Power Planning (HR Planning), Recruitment & Selection (Recruitment and Selection), HR Placement, Training & Development (Training and Development), Performance Evaluation (Performance Evaluation), and Compensation&Benefit (Compensation and Benefit). Things that still need to be considered are the absence of TNA (Training Needs Analysis) or Training and Development Needs Analysis for teachers and the need to improve teacher welfare. c) In terms of teacher performance at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah, it is quite good, with the activities carried out by teachers both in the classroom during teaching and outside teaching hours. The classroom learning process is carried out according to the applicable curriculum by referring to the syllabus and lesson plans (Learning Implementation Plan). In addition, extracurricular activities such as scouting training, religious affairs, and sports outside class hours are also carried out. Keyword: Management, Human Resources, Performance, Integrated Islamic Elementary School Tesis ini mendeskripsikan tentang Implementasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) SDIT Al-Fajri Cikarang Timur. Jenis penelitian metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan case study yang menggunakan secara detail sekaligus dengan observasi. Hasil Analisis ditemukan imlementasi SDM SDIT Al-Fajri Cikarang Timur adalah a) Gambaran SDM SDT Al-Fajri Cahaya Umat dapat dilihat pada aspek manajerial kepala sekolah dan para guru. Pada aspek manajerial, kepala sekolah sudah mempraktekkan aspek manajemen yang meliputi planning (perencanaan), organizing (pengorganisasian), actuating (pengarahan), dan controlling (pengawasan) yang diturunkan kepada program kerja kepala sekolah bulanan dan harian. Pada aspek guru atau tenaga kependidikan baik secara kuantitas maupun kualitas khususnya pendidikan dan kualifikasi. Dari 14 guru terdapat 9 orang guru yang sudah memiliki gelar sarjana, 1 orang guru lulusan ahli madya, dan 4 orang guru lulusan SMA (Sekolah Menengah Umum) dan masih melanjutkan pendidikan yaitu kuliah S1. Selain itu, terdapat 2 orang guru yang sudah lulus sertifikasi keprofesian guru atau tersertifikasi. b) Penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia di SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Umat meliputi Man Power Planning (Perencanaan SDM), Recruitment & Selection (Rekrutmen dan Seleksi), Penempatan SDM, Training&Development (Pelatihan dan Pengembangan), Performance Evaluation (Evaluasi Kinerja), dan Compensation&Benefit (Kompensasi dan Benefit). Hal yang masih perlu diperhatikan adalah belum adanya TNA (Training Needs Analysis) atau Analisis Kebutuhan Pelatihan dan Pengembangan untuk para guru serta perlunya peningkatan kesejahteraan guru. c) Dalam hal kinerja guru di SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Umat lumayan baik, dengan adanya kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh para guru baik di dalam kelas pada saat mengajar maupun di luar jam mengajar. Proses pembelajaran kelas dilaksanakan sesuai kurikulum yang berlaku dengan berpedoman pada silabus dan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran). Selain itu, dilakukan juga kegiatan ektrakurikuler seperti latihan kepramukaan, bidang keagamaan, dan olahraga di luar jam pelajaran.
