Abstract
The research entitled "The Effect of Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance (Case Study on the Al-Quran Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office)" aims to determine the effect of Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Communication and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance. This study's subjects were 61 employees who work at the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program version 23. There are a positive and significant effect of Organizational Communication Variables and Job Satisfaction Variables on the Performance of Employees who work at the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board at the Jakarta Head Office. However, charismatic leadership has an insignificant influence on the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board employees' performance at the Jakarta Head Office. It is recommended that companies communicate vertically, especially downward communication. It is hoped that superiors will communicate more frequently with subordinates. The company can set strategies in the form of a wage scale so that no employee feels disadvantaged, either new employees or old employees. Keywords: Charismatic Leadership, Organizational Communication, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Karismatik, Komunikasi Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Badan Wakaf Al-Quran di Kantor Pusat Jakarta)” bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Karismatik, Komunikasi Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 61 karyawan yang bekerja pada Badan Wakaf Al-Qur‟an di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan Program SPSS versi 23. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Variabel Komunikasi Organisasi dan Variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yang bekerja pada Badan Wakaf Al-Qur‟an di Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Namun kepemimpinan kharismatik pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Badan Wakaf Al-Qur‟an Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Disarankan perusahaan untuk berkomunikasi secara vertikal terutama komunikasi ke bawah diharapkan atasan lebih sering berkomunikasi dengan bawahan dan perusahaan dapat mengatur strategi dalam bentuk skala upah sehingga tidak ada karyawan yang merasa dirugikan baik karyawan baru atau karyawan lama. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Kharismatik, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
