Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on organizational culture and its impact on teacher performance.The research method used in this research is quantitative method with explanatory research type. The population in this study were KKI honorary teachers at State Senior High Schools from 7 schools in Pesanggrahan and Kebayoran Lama Districts, totaling 54 people. The method of determining the sample in this study uses non-probability sampling with the determination of the sample using the entire population. The data analysis method used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression using the help of the Statistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 program. Previously, the instrument validity was tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation and the reliability test was also conducted. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on KKI teacher performance and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect. significant to teacher performance. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Self Efficacy, Performance, Organizational Culture Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan efikasi diri terhadap budaya organisasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru honorer KKI SMA Negeri yang berasal dari 7 sekolah di Kecamatan Pesanggrahan dan Kebayoran Lama yang berjumlah 54 orang. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan seluruh populasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian validitas instrument menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan dilakukan pula uji reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru KKI dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru serta budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
