Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and compensation for employee turnover intention at PT. Makmur Meta Graha Dynamics. The object of this research is employees of PT. Makmur Meta Graha Dynamics. This research was conducted on 82 employees. The research method used is causal research with a quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS assistance.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously job satisfaction, organizational commitment and compensation affect turnover intention. The results of the study partially show that the job satisfaction variable has a positive effect but does not significantly influence turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect and has a significant effect on turnover intention, while compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee turnover intention variables. This can be proven from the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing (F Test) and partial testing (t test). Keywords: Job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Compensation, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan di PT. Makmur Meta Graha Dinamika. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Makmur Meta Graha Dinamika. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 82 orang karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan kompensai berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention. Hasil Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel turnover intention karyawan. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji hipotesis secara simultan (Uji F) dan pengujian secara parsial (uji t). Kata kunci : Kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, Kompensasi, Turnover Intention
