Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work discipline, work environment, and job satisfaction on job perfomance of teachers in the Al-Azhar 5 Islamic Primary School Jakarta. The research design used in this research is conclusive research. Conclusive research aims to test hypotheses and test the relationship between variables, and data analysis is carried out quantitatively. The number of target population in Al-Azhar 5 Islamic Elementary School Jakarta is 180 respondents. Given the large number of samples, the researcher will determine the final number of respondents using the sample counting technique. The used sampling method is convenience sampling. 140 people were randomly selected to be respondents in this study and researched by questionnaire. The used analysis method in this study is Structural Equation Model (SEM) and processed by Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) version 8.80 software. The results show that work discipline influences positively and significantly on the job perfomance, and job satisfaction influences positively and significantly on the job perfomance, but work environment does not give any influence on job perfomance of teachers in the Al-Azhar 5 Islamic Primary School Jakarta. The conclusions and suggestions in this study are that school management is advised to contribute to creating a conducive and comfortable work environment in order to create a positive work atmosphere in the school work environment. Furthermore, management must know the potential and competencies possessed by teachers so that the job desks and work methods implemented can be optimal and encourage positive performance in accordance with the vision and mission of the school. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, Job Perfomance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan kerja terhadap Kinerja Kerja Guru di SD Islam Al-Azhar 5 Jakarta. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian konklusif. Penelitian konklusif bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis dan menguji hubungan antar variabel, serta analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Jumlah target populasi yang berada di SD Islam Al-Azhar 5 Jakarta sebesar 180 reponden. Mengingat jumlah sampel yang cukup besar maka peneliti akan menentukan jumlah akhir responden dengan teknik penghitungan sampel. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. 140 orang dilibatkan sebagai responden dalam penelitian ini melalui pengisian kuesioner. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan software Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) versi 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kerja, namun lingkugan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja kerja guru di SD Islam Al-Azhar 5 Jakarta. Kesimpulan dan saran dalam penelitian ini adalah manajemen sekolah disarankan turut menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan nyaman guna menciptakan suasana kerja yang positif di lingkungan kerja sekolah. Selanjutnya, manajemen harus mengetahui potensi dan kompetensi yang dimiliki para guru agar job desk dan metode kerja yang dijalankan dapat optimal dan mendorong kinerja yang positif sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah.
