Abstract
This research aims to measure and analyze the Influence of Teacher Training, Discipline and Certification on Teacher Performance at Nur El Falah Kubang Petir Serang Banten Islamic Education Foundation. This research is quantitative research. The population of all permanent teachers who teach at Nur El Falah Islamic Education Foundation. Non probability sampling sample collection technique with saturated samples. A sample of 64 teachers. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. t - test results for training variables, Discipline, and Teacher Certification partially have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Teachers of Nur El Falah Kubang Petir Serang Banten Islamic Education Foundation Teachers. R 2 test results show teacher training, discipline, and certification variables can have an 87.5% influence on teacher performance variables. The remaining 12.5% is explained by other unexamined variables. The research recommendations of the Teacher Obedience discipline program to the rules of conduct, and good Teacher regulations need to be maintained and developed by the institution. Keynote : Training, Discipline, Teacher Certification, and Performance of Teachers Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pelatihan, Disiplin Dan Sertifikasi Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Pada Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nur El Falah Kubang Petir Serang Banten. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi semua guru tetap yang mengajar di Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nur El Falah. Teknik pengumpulan sampel non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Sampel berjumlah 64 orang guru. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji-t untuk variabel pelatihan, Disiplin, dan Sertifikasi Guru secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Nur El Falah Kubang Petir Serang Banten. Diperoleh hasil uji R 2 menunjukkan variabel pelatihan, disiplin, dan sertifikasi guru dapat memberikan pengaruh 87.5% terhadap variabel kinerja guru. Sisanya 12.5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Rekomendasi penelitian program disiplin Ketaatan Guru terhadap aturan perilaku, dan peraturan Guru yang baik perlu dipertahankan dan dikembangkan oleh lembaga.
