Abstract
Human resources is a very important organizational element as the main pillar as well as the wheel of the organization in an effort to realize the vision and mission of organizational goals, as well as optimal employee capability, is the hope and purpose of PT Petrsoea Tbk company as a Mining & Infrastructure contactor with headquarter in South Tangerang The purpose of this study to analyze the effects of work environment, organization culture and people development on employee capability PT Petrosea Tbk. The research design used a quantitative method. Population amounted to 205 with the size of the sample using slovin formula of 135 respondents, data analysis processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the three (3) variables independent have significant impacts on Employee Capability in PT Petrosea Tbk are Work Environment, Organization Culture and People Development. However, there is two (2) dimension of each variable ‘X’ which needs to be improved by the management of PT Petrosea Tbk, namely the dimension of non-physical work environment and the mission of the organizational culture variable. Thus it is expected that the management can pay attention to these dimensions in an effort to improve employee capability to achieve organizational goals, vision, and mission. Keywords: Work Environment, Organization Culture, People Development, Employee Capability Sumber daya manusia merupakan elemen organisasi yang sangat penting sebagai pilar utama sekaligus penggerak roda organisasi dalam upaya mewujudkan visi dan misi dari tujuan organisasi seperti halnya kapabilitas karyawan yang optimal merupakan harapan dan tujuan PT Petrosea Tbk sebagai perusahaan kontraktor yang bergerak di bidang Batubara dan Infrastructure yang berkantor pusat di Tangerang Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, budaya organisas dan pengembangan karyawan terhadap kapabilias karyawan pada karyawan kantor PT Petrosea Tbk. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi berjumlah 205 dengan besarnya sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 135 responden, pengolahan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tiga (3) variabel „X‟ mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kapabilitas Karyawan di PT Petrosea Tbk yaitu lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi dan pengembangan karyawan. Akan tetapi terdapat dua (2) dimensi dari setiap variabel „X‟ yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh manajemen PT Petrosea Tbk yaitu dimensi lingkunga kerja non-fisik dan Mission dari variabel budaya organisasi. Dengan demikian diharapkan pihak manajemen dapat memperhatikan dimensi-dimensi tersebut dalam upaya meningkatkan kapabilitas karyawan untuk mencapai tujuan, visi dan misi organisasi.
