Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on turnover intention of PT XYZ employees, to determine the effect of careers on turnover intention of PT XYZ employees, to determine the effect of Job Stres on PT XYZ employee turnover intention, and to determine the effect of Compensation, career development and Job Stres simultaneously affect the turnover intention of PT XYZ employees. The number of respondents in this study are 90 people. The independent variables in this study are compensation, career development, and work stres while the dependent variable in this study is turnover intention. Data analysis used validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed compensation, career development, and work stres affect the intention to leave with a total effect of 45.3%. The compensation and career development variables have a negative influence on the intention to leave while the work stres variable has a positive effect on the intention to leave. Key word : compensation, career development, job stres, turnover intention, Y Generation Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh karier terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Stres Kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT XYZ., dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi, karier dan Stres Kerja secara simultan memengaruhi intensi keluar karyawan PT XYZ. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang.Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi, pengembangan karier, dan stres kerja sedangkan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah turnover intention.Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompensasi, pengembangan karier, dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap intensi keluar dengan total pengaruh sebesar 45.3%. Variabel kompensasi dan pengembangan karier memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi keluar sedangkan variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi keluar.
